Bonnie McSpiritt a full-time arbitrator, mediator and factfinder of labor-management disputes for 18 years.  Ms. McSpiritt is a member of various arbitration panels of note are Federal Mediation and Conciliation Services, American Arbitration Association, New Hampshire Public Employee Labor Relations Board, Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations, Massachusetts Joint Labor Management Committee for Police and Fire and the United States Postal Service and American Postal Workers Union Springfield, MA Regular and Expedited Panels.  Prior to becoming an arbitrator she had her own human resource consulting business and worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in various departments and agencies in the fields of labor- management relations, human resources and personnel.  For several years Ms. McSpiritt was an instructor at the University of Massachusetts – Institute of Governmental Services.  At the request of the American Arbitration Association and other labor/management associations, Ms. McSpiritt has conducted dispute resolution and surveillance training for AAA Case Managers and various Advocates.  Ms. McSpiritt has a BA Degree in Political Science from the University of Lowell and a Master Degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University.
