Mr. Benck is currently Vice President and General Counsel for Hibbett Sporting Goods, Inc. and is an Adjunct Professor at Cumberland School of Law. He has represented parties or arbitrated over 40 cases involving commercial, real estate, employment, negligence, business law, intellectual property, consumer, trucking, manufacturing, banking, Internet, software, sports and insurance disputes. He has served numerous times as individual arbitrator, and as a panel arbitrator.


 

He has experience involving commercial disputes, sports disputes, software, intellectual property, manufacturing, trucking, consumer disputes, banking, advertising, product liability, Internet, compliance, ethics, real estate, technology and employment, and is considered expert in all fields and the related sub-fields.


 

Mr. Benck currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Arbitration Association/International Centre for Dispute Resolution, serves on the Ethics, Grievance and Safe Sport Committee for USA Gymnastics, and serves on the National Athletics Board of Review (NABR Panel) for USA Track and Field.
