DEBORAH ROTHMAN, President of the College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA), has been a full-time mediator and arbitrator since 1992. A magna cum laude graduate of Yale College, she holds a J.D. from NYU Law School and a Masters in Public Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. She was named Best Arbitrator (Los Angeles) in 2012 by The Best Lawyers in America, and has been named a Southern California Super Lawyer and a Best Lawyer in America for 10 years.
She was a co-editor of the CCA’s “Protocols for Expeditious, Cost-Effective Commercial Arbitration,” and a contributor to the College’s editions of Guide to Commercial Arbitration.
