For over 35 years, 99% of Mr. Adelman's practice has been devoted to labor/employment law. He has handled matters representing both unions and employers, primarily under collective bargaining agreements, including age, race and sex discrimination matters.

Has appeared as advocate at National Labor Relations Board, State Division and City Division of Human Rights, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and some litigation in all areas of discrimination, most frequently on behalf of management, but occasionally for unions. Some experience in labor management outside of collective bargaining agreements.
