Ms. Mackenzie has served as arbitrator in over 2,500 cases and as mediator in over 500 cases. Cases include individual claims under executive contracts, partnership and separation agreements and claims under health care plans (fees and coverage); claims arising under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, Sarbanes-Oxley, FLSA and numerous other federal, state and local statutes. Appointed to AAA Working Group on Developing Discovery Protocols and to AAA Working Group recommending changes in the AAA Employment Rules. Public Member, NASDR's National Arbitration and Mediation Committee and NASDR Working Group on Employment Discrimination Claims. Served on faculty in numerous training seminars under the auspices of the ABA, NY State Courts, NAA, NYCBA, NYSBA, NYU Law School, Cardozo School of Law and Cornell ILR School.
