Yvonne Baglini is the Director of case management for the American Arbitration Association’s Northeast Case Management Center. Her responsibilities include management of all commercial and construction cases filed in the Northeast through 8 Managers of ADR Services and fourteen Case Managers. She has secondary responsibility for cases filed in the Southeast Case Management Center, where she has been involved with the national Auto Dealership program and the Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation program. Yvonne is responsible nationally for all Class Action cases and she has national customer service responsibility for several companies that file for arbitration, especially national webfilers.
In addition to her management activities, she is a staff trainer, facilitating trainings for new arbitrators having conducted trainings on the use of the AAA’s online technology. She facilitates the Core arbitrator training program, a two day in person training required for all new arbitrators before they hear cases. She also conducts the Expedited training program; this new program is designed for young arbitrators to prepare them to hear smaller, less complex cases in an efficient, cost effective way. She has also served on several Muscular Arbitration panels at in person events and webinars.
Ms. Baglini has over ten years’ experience with the AAA and over twenty-five years’ experience in retailing and quick service restaurant management. She has received multiple internal awards during her tenure as an assistant vice president and vice president for various companies. She was a member of the Silver Club, the top three percent in productivity nationally and she received the Assistant Vice President of the Quarter award several times for outstanding productivity.
Completed the AAA’s 40-hour mediation training course Essential Mediation Skills for the New Mediator on February 15, 2013.
